The minimum Mileage allowed is 300 km per day. It also depends on the city.
The mileage is calculated (in Kms) from garage to garage (return/round trip). It is applicable to both Local (In the city) & Out Station (intercity) taxi services.
In the case of the One Way trip, mileage is calculated (in Kms) from the source point to the destination point.
By ‘One Way trip’ we mean that there is one pickup point and one drop point. If there is more than one pick-up point in one way trip then there will be extra charges of Rs. 500 applicable for each point. The same goes for drop points.
The business day for taxi rental starts from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs (Calenderer Day). In case of an overnight stay, the driver is supposed to take rest at night for at least 8 Hrs.
Even in AC cabs, AC will not be operated in hilly areas or when the taxi is parked or stopped.
There are several hill areas, where it is not allowed to play music in commercial vehicles, in order to prevent accidents.
Various charges such as toll tax, Permit Tax (RTO Tax), and car parking are to be paid by guests as actual.
Daily allowance for the driver (Driver Batta) will be charged additionally and it will cost 250 per Calenderer Day.
If a driver is asked to drive beyond the time duration of 8 hrs (from 10 AM to 6 PM), then overtime charges will be applicable. The Over Time charges are 250.
The vehicle will go only on the feasible routes. The driver is not supposed to travel across narrow roads or unsafe roads. We do not always rely on Google Maps as sometimes they cannot predict whether a route is safe or not.
We will not be liable for any sort of compensation if a passenger misses the train/flight/bus. If the cab is not able to reach on time due to some unavoidable circumstances, the passenger shall make an alternate arrangement.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke or consume any kind of intoxicants inside the Taxi. The driver, in this case, has all the right to ask the passenger to stop the use of such substances. The driver can also refuse to initiate the pickup if passengers are intoxicated or if they are misbehaving with the driver or other passengers.
Passengers are not supposed to use the vehicle in the city if it is booked for the station travel. We have separate charges for local city bookings.
Passengers are not supposed to overload the boot space with excess luggage nor they can pressurize the driver to do so. It is also not advisable to keep any kind of luggage in the seating area.
Passengers are not allowed to ask the driver for boarding more than the prescribed number of adults in the taxi. As doing so is a violation of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988s. The driver has all the rights to refuse such a pick-up request or ask such customer(s) to vacate the cab.
The driver has the right to refuse to entertain any request, made by the customer, which results in breaking any Traffic/RTO/City Police and/or government rules. The driver has all the rights to refuse such a pick-up request or ask such customer(s) to vacate the cab.
After the confirmation from passenger(s), the trip duration can’t be reduced. The duration can only be extended; it will imply additional charges and will depend on the availability of the taxi and driver.
The passengers are not supposed to indulge in any of the following activities while in a taxi:
Spoiling. Damaging or soiling the seats or any other interiors of the taxi.
Littering inside the Taxi.
Misusing or mishandling any of the electronic or other devices (technical/non-technical) in the taxi.
In any of the following scenarios, 20% extra will be charged:

1. User’s Information
1.1 Eagle Tours may collect, through the Platform, the information which is of a personal nature to the User, including without limitation the following: the driver’s name, age, contact details (email, address, and telephone / mobile numbers), date and place of birth, passport information, driving license information, payment information, vehicle preferences, Vehicle location, destination to which the Vehicle is driven to and route taken to reach destination during the Rental Period and reservation details (Personal Information). Eagle tours may use this information to send Users updates about their bookings, questionnaires to measure User satisfaction with Eagle Tours’ service, and announcements about new services that they may offer. Users are also required to provide their billing address as well as credit/debit card details. Eagle tours use this information only for billing purposes. For Users’ convenience, Eagle Tours saves billing information in case Users want to book from Eagle tours again, but Eagle tours do not use this information again without Users’ permission.
1.2. Eagle tours may also use Personal Information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve Eagle Tours cab services.
1.3. Eagle tours will occasionally ask the Users to complete optional online surveys. Eagle tours use this data to tailor the User experience on the Platform, providing the Users with content that Eagle tours think Users might be interested in and displaying the content according to user preferences.
2. MANNER OF DEALING WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1. Eagle tours gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

When Users register themselves on the Platform, Cabs India creates Users profile, assigning a personal identification number, this personal identification number is then sent back to Users hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code is unique to each User. It enables seamless travel across the Platform, allowing the User to use the Platform without having to enter his password frequently or fill out registration forms with information the User has already provided.
3.3. Based on the User’s previous visits to the Platform, third-party vendors, including Google, use “cookies” to display advertisements on behalf of Cabs India across the internet.
4. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. At times Eagle tours may make certain Personal Information of the Users available to strategic partners or other professional organizations that work with Eagle tours to provide Services, or that help Eagle tours market to Users.
4.2. Service Providers
4.3.1. It may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and government authorities for Cabs India to disclose Users’ Personal Information.
4.3.2. Cabs India may also disclose information about the User if it determines that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
4.3.3. Cabs India may also disclose information about the Users if it determines that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce Cabs India terms and conditions or protect its operations or Users.
